Virtual Administrative Services provides exceptional administrative and office support in a cost-effective, accurate and timely manner.  As administrative requirements differ from client to client and task to task, rates are based on  an hourly basis only.

Policies and Procedures:

  • Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments
  • Rates are dependent on detailed discussions with client and to be reflected on final contract. 
  • Rates quoted do not include additional expenses incurred such as (but not limited to) courier, facsimile, postage, stationery, specialty office supplies and long distance. These charges will be billed as additional expenses or incidentals.
  • VAS requires a 50% deposit for new clients and large projects payable prior to start of project.
  • Invoices are sent out on a monthly basis, on the last business day of each month.
  • Payment terms are "payable upon receipt of invoice" and all invoices will be e-mailed unless otherwise noted.
  • Virtual Administrative Services will accept cash or cheques. 
  • Cheques to be made payable to Virtual Administrative Services
